Since the founding of the company in 1962, by Donald McGrath Senior, McGrath Realty has grown from a staff of one, working out of a small office in Katonah, into a full-service real estate and property management company with over 100 staff members and three offices throughout the Hudson Valley.
In these 60+ years, McGrath has become an acknowledged leader in the real estate industry. The company is considered the largest commercial land broker in the Hudson Valley, and is now run by Donald McGrath’s Son, Brian McGrath, and grandson, Ryan McGrath, who took over as managing partners in 2021 after the passing of Brian's brother and Ryan's father, Kevin McGrath.
Now, in its third generation, McGrath Realty continues to operate with the understanding that service is our business. Meeting the individual needs of our clients has been the foundation upon which we have grown.
No development, be it a 50-lot subdivision, a 5000-unit townhouse community, a 500,000 square foot redevelopment site, or a residential property has ever been — or will ever be — too large or too small for our staff to successfully market and sell.
My husband and I needed to sell our starter home in order to purchase a bigger one for us and our three kids.
